Who is responsible

Alba Arenes Nadal, tax ID (NIF) 20985316R, is the controller of the data you give us through sutilevents.com. SutilEvents is the project through which she offers artistic services for events. Address: pending publication.

What data is collected

Only what you type into the quote form yourself: your name and whatever you want to tell us about the event, such as the type of celebration, the date, the place or the service you're interested in.

If you write to us directly on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, we also handle whatever you put in that message and the number, address or profile you write from.

The website has no sign-up or user accounts and doesn't ask you for anything else.

How it's sent, which is the important part

The form doesn't send anything to any server of ours. It puts together a message from what you've written and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself.

That means two things. First, this website keeps no copy of your data: there's no database behind it. Second, once you press send, the conversation is also governed by the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

What it's used for

To reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, organise the service on the day of the event.

It isn't used to send you advertising, it isn't passed on to third parties for commercial purposes and no automated decisions are made about you.

Legal basis

Your own request: you write to us asking for a quote and we use your data to give you one, which the GDPR calls taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

If you go on to book, the basis becomes the performance of that contract and, for invoicing, compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

How long it's kept

For as long as the conversation lasts and, if you book, the relationship that comes out of it. After that, only what legal obligations require, mainly tax obligations if a service has been invoiced.

You can ask for the conversation to be deleted at any time.

Who else is involved

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, as the provider of WhatsApp and Instagram, if you use those channels. Google Ireland Limited, as the email provider, if you write to sutilevents@gmail.com.

Vercel Inc., which hosts this website. It is based in the United States, and any data transfers this may involve are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. If you accept analytics, Vercel counts visits in aggregate, without cookies or persistent identifiers.

Nobody else. There are no advertising pixels, ad networks or third-party tracking tools.

Event photos and videos

The wedding and celebration photos and videos you see on this website are published with the permission of the people who appear in them.

If you're in one and would rather not be, write to sutilevents@gmail.com and we'll take it down.

Your rights

To access your data, correct it, have it erased, object to its processing, restrict it and request its portability. To exercise them, just write to sutilevents@gmail.com saying what you'd like.

If you feel they haven't been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
